Chicken, Water, Soya protein concentrate, Salt. In a batter and breading of: Toasted wheat crumbs with spices, Water, Yellow corn flour, Corn starch, Canola oil, Wheat flour, Salt, Sugars (dextrose), Guar gum.
Oven (Recommended): Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place frozen strips on baking tray and bake for approximately 18 – 22 minutes or until fully cooked; turning once during cooking.

Poultry must reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Keep frozen. Store at or below 0°F (-18°C). If thawed, use promptly. Wash hands before and after handling raw poultry product. Clean and sanitize all preparation areas and utensils before and after cooking.
