Chicken, Water, Salt. In a batter and breading of: Toasted wheat crumbs, Water, Wheat flour, Yellow corn flour, Canola oil, Corn starch, Salt, Spices, Torula yeast, Sugars (sugar, dextrose), Garlic powder, Spice extractives, Guar gum, Sodium citrate, BHA.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 425°F (218°C). Place frozen breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 16 – 20 minutes or until fully cooked, turning once during cooking.

Poultry must reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Keep frozen. Store at or below 0°F (-18°C). If thawed, use promptly. Wash hands before and after handling raw poultry product. Clean and sanitize all preparation areas and utensils before and after cooking.
