Dry Garlic Ribs
Try these delicious riblets to serve a perfect appetizer. They can be served plain or topped with our Montreal steak spice. Uncooked.

Pork breast rib portions, Water, Canola oil, Modified corn starch, Garlic powder, Garlic oleoresin (salt, garlic oil, polysorbate 80), Salt, Sodium tripolyphosphate, Toasted wheat crumbs. May contain: Egg, Milk, and / or Soy.
Oven: Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F). Place frozen ribs on a baking tray and bake on the middle rack for 20 – 25 minutes or until fully cooked; turning once. Season with spices to taste.

Pork must reach a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Keep frozen. Store at or below 0°F (-18°C). If thawed, use promptly. Wash hands before and after handling raw product. Clean and sanitize all preparation areas and utensils before and after cooking.
