Chicken breast meat, Water, Toasted wheat crumbs, Soy protein isolate, Salt, Spices, Garlic powder, Onion powder. Filling: Black forest ham [pork, water, salt, sugars (brown sugar), sodium phosphate, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite, spice extractives, smoke], Processed Swiss cheese food. In a batter and breading of: Toasted wheat crumbs with spices, Water, Yellow corn flour, Canola oil , Corn starch, Wheat flour, Salt, Soy protein isolate, Sugars (dextrose), Guar gum.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove all packaging. Place on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked; turning once during cooking.
